RETURN – To return a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your account. The applicable charges of shipping will be deducted, the balance amount will be refunded to your account after the product is received and the inspection is approved.

EXCHANGE – We do not accept any exchange of product. You can return and re-order the required product.

Cancellation Policy – Orders once placed can not be cancelled. It can be cancelled only if informed before 24hours from order made please get in touch by whatsapp     (+91 7977431179) or email us at contact@sohobohostudio.com stating your complete order number and request.

Important Note – All returned items must be unused, in same condition and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at contact@sohobohostudio.com

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case
